Heart to Art turn 1 Year Old on 20 July 2026!!!
As it is the 1st Anniversary + a Heart to Art 5-day straight Emotional Wellness journey, felt it was appropriate to share more details on the blog!

Left home at 8+am in the morning to get some refreshments for Attap House and hoped to get a cake for Heart to Art 1st year. The cake I really wanted only opens at 11am but so thankful to have found this rainbow cake for the Heart to Art Anniversary to get at Polar. Another customer asked if she could get this rainbow cake too and the server said only 1 a day. Felt so Blessed to have this beautiful rainbow cake!

It was also done at my home for the 1st time.
I thought for some time how to do Heart to Art’s first anniversary. How to charge, whether to change the Heart to Art name at this anniversary as many ppl often say things like they are not good at art or not creative when they hear the word “Art”. The Art part is not about doing good art at all but to let people connect to their hearts and express what their heart wants to say.
After praying about it, the answer was to gift 2 full Heart to Art 5-part Emotional Wellness Journey on 20 – 24 July and 27 – 31 July and to let the Heart to Art name remain. The people meant to come will come in His time.

Opened 7 seats. Kept thinking if I should do it at the Art studio or at home.
God is truly amazing, 4 people signed up and there were 4 seats at home to be filled.
It felt meant to be.

I painted the wall in 2023!
Was already led to do art in 2023 but never really thought about it or took it seriously in any way just felt led to do it thus did it.
Testimonials from the 1st session on 20 July Self-Love from Matthew and Shaun:

Some amazing things I want to put here.
Shaun came to mind the week before Heart to Art and I felt led to ask him to come so I left him a voice note and he said yes to come and asked if I was going to Attap House (a Christian community) on Monday. If yes, we can come to Heart to Art together.
Heart to Art starts at 2pm at my place in Punggol. Attap House that day was at Namly Ave in Bukit Timah so if Shaun didn’t ask, I wouldn’t go to Attap House that day.
Ling, Matthew and Ahava from Attap House signed up for the Heart to Art 5-day Emotional Wellness Journey and Ling and Matthew was at Attap House too that day.
I felt led to get Polar rolls original and chocolate flavor to bring over to Attap House. Went to chat with Levan and he told me about how what I was mentioning to him + the chocolate rolls were part of a confirmation of something he was thinking about. If Heart to Art wasn’t happening that day, if Shaun didn’t come to mind and if I didn’t voice message him and if he didn’t ask if I was going Attap House, the conversation with Levan and the chocolate rolls won’t happen.
Another few amazing things.
Fiona called me on 9 June during Attap House’s Anniversary asking if I was free to meet the next day. (1st time ever she called to ask me out. We usually text.) So we met on 10 June. There was a new Heart to Art 5-Part Journey starting on 13 June and I shared it with her. She signed up and paid on 12 June for the full Heart to Art 5-Part Journey but she only came for 1 session on 13 June and didn’t feel well to come for the other 4 sessions.
When she saw the Heart to Art Anniversary Gift of the 5-Part Journey, she asked to join the 4 sessions she missed out.
Shaun could only make it on Monday but because he came to mind, he was the only one who had the special pass to attend only 1 session. (The term for the Anniversary Gift was to attend all 5 sessions so they would have the full Heart to Art experience. I hoped to also do market research so if they attended all 5, it would be better for them and me to understand how to serve Heart to Art better in future)
Sharing all these to show how God made it 4 people through the 5 sessions. Like only He could plan all of this to happen.
2nd Day’s session theme is ‘Fun’ and I had to get blue tack thus went out to get and chanced upon this shop that sells the old school games at Compass one and got some to play at home hahaha

Went Compass One specially because of this cake I actually wanted to get for Heart to Art’s 1st Year but this Jelly Hearts cake shop only opens at 11am and I had to go Attap house so got 2 slices of this at night to celebrate and eat. Yay they also have the rainbow cake version! Happy Blessed Birthday Heart to Art!

Day 2 Fun workshop! Played pasting the elephant tail and we also got to relive our most fun memories!

Day 3 – Emotional Reset!

In my vision this day I saw Attap house, blue skies, leaders serving from their heart. Serving by faith through their hearts not by sight and saw people from different races coming to Attap House. Let’s see if this vision will come true some day!

Testimonials for Emotional Reset from Fiona and Matthew!

My dear sis Fiona gave me many gifts in a goody bag to be the 1st person to give me Birthday gifts. My birthday is on 9 August! Haha she is super cute and sweet. Grateful for her. Thank you sister!

A. Come and have fun and get in touch with yourself. (Ahava)
A. Empowering, Creative and Fun. (Fiona)
A. It’s a very fun and light-hearted way to discover about yourself, in a safe authentic environment. (Ling)
And then we all went for Attap House’s Bible study that night! It was Fiona’s first visit and she felt very Blessed. It’s amazing how God brings people together and how God makes things work.
I have a dear friend who said she will join Heart to Art’s 2nd week series so I closed the 2nd week for this dear friend as she wasn’t comfortable sharing her stuffs to people she didn’t know.

On Friday 24 July, she informed me that she had other things that came up that she had to attend to. In my heart I was thinking ok I will open up the slots to my dear friend Yvonne’s Gem Femme clients when I do Heart to Art with them on Saturday for Gem Femme’s opening launch at Jewel.
I did 2 sessions of Emotional Reset that day as 2 ladies arrived later and requested to do the full session too which I’m so glad they did. It really felt like God had planned it in this way.
I had 2 Makeup clients that morning and was actually very tired. But amazingly after the 2 Emotional Reset sessions with the ladies (forgot to take full group photo again!! please remember next time!) my heart felt so fulfilled and full.
Thank you so much my dear Von for wanting to do this together and to bless and empower your customers with Heart to Art too and to help build awareness for Heart to Art. Truly thankful for you and your heart my dear sis.
Sabrina sent me a thank you message in Instagram and I asked if she was willing to leave me a testimonial and she did such a detailed one I was so grateful for her takeaways and so grateful to know what Heart to Art is doing for people. To me, Heart to Art is my assignment from God to do for now and knowing that it is spreading love and goodness to people, I’m happy and fulfilled!

Although no one signed up for the 2nd week series from here, I still feel thankful and feel that it is God planned because I still get to do for Gem Femme clients twice this week and I get to rest!
Thank You So Much Daddy God for Heart to Art and Thank you so much to every single one of you who trusted in Heart to Art. It means a lot to me.
Looking back over this first year, one of the greatest things I’ve learnt is that I don’t have to strive to make Heart to Art grow. My role is simply to be faithful with what God has entrusted to me and love every person He brings. He takes care of the rest.
And looking back over these five days, there were simply too many moments that could only have been orchestrated by Him.
Heart to Art has never been about creating beautiful artwork.
It has always been about creating a safe space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, process what is in their hearts, and leave feeling lighter and thinking clearer.
As I continue this journey, I pray that Heart to Art can continue reaching more individuals, families, corporates, schools, churches and communities, helping people become more emotionally healthy, more self-aware and more loving, one heart at a time.
If you would like to experience Heart to Art yourself, or if your company, church, school or organisation would like to organise a session, feel free to reach out to me at +65 93873142 (Tracy Immanuel).
I’ll continue to trust God with every step.
In His perfect timing.
God Bless.
Love,
Tracy Immanuel
